To check the status of your order on TeleprompterPAD.com, please access your account and choose the order you want to check.
You can do so by clicking My Account on the right corner of the top menu:
What does my order status mean?
- Payment pending: The payment is being verified. Your order will go into Processing status once your payment has been completed.
- Processing: Your payment has been verified and your order is being processed for shipping. Processing can take up to 24 hours (orders placed outside working days will be processed during the next working day in the calendar).
- Completed: Your order has been shipped. If you chose a trackable shipping method at checkout you will get an email from the shipping company with your parcel's information and tracking number.
- Cancelled: The order has been canceled by the customer.

Refunded: The order has been fully or partially refunded.
