I need support from customer service but this requires providing my order number, how do I get my order number?

To find your order number from TeleprompterPAD.com follow these steps:

In the top menu go to My Account.
After logging in, click on Orders or recent orders.

NOTE: If you do not remember your login, you can use the link Lost your password?
The order number is displayed in the first column of the table.

Whenever you place an order on our website, you will receive a confirmation email in which you can also check the order number in the header.

To get your order number from the Amazon website on the desktop, follow these steps:

On the right side of the header of the Amazon home page, click on your name to display your account menu
And then click on Orders.
Locate your order in the order list. You can see your order number in the upper right. The Amazon order number is formatted like #123-1234567-1234567.

Note: By default the page shows recent orders (last months), if your order was placed before filter the year using the "Order placed in" dropdown.

To get your order number from the Amazon app, follow these steps:

Click on the main menu icon (horizontal lines).
And then go to "Your Orders".
Click on the purchased product.
And then go to "View order details".
You can see your order number at the top. The Amazon order number is formatted like #123-1234567-1234567.
